2.1 Registration Process

To create an account on 29wind, users must provide accurate and complete information. Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

• The name, date of birth, address and contact information provided at registration must be entirely truthful.
• Keeping the account password confidential is entirely the user's responsibility.
• Accounts may not be transferred or shared with anyone else.
• Creating an account on behalf of a corporate entity or another person is prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

29wind reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Proof of identity may be requested before processing a withdrawal or in the case of large deposits. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

4.1 Deposits
